Booking Policy We strive to provide you with quality service and help you schedule a session as quickly as possible. We strive to be efficient and fair with everyone we serve, and in consideration of your time, we have adopted the following policies: - Session payment and booking: Your appointment will only be reserved upon receipt of payment; otherwise, it will remain available and may be assigned to another person without prior notice. - Punctuality: We recommend that you be ready a few minutes before the session start time so we can start on time (sessions are 60 minutes). We cannot extend appointments if you arrive late, as another client may be waiting. - Confidentiality: Our service is completely confidential. We will not discuss any aspect of your session with anyone without your consent. - Comments: If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the care we have provided, please let us know as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve any issues. Cancellation Policy When you reserve a space in your schedule, we cannot offer it to anyone else. Therefore, please note the following: - If you cancel your session more than 24 hours in advance, there will be no charge. You can choose a new appointment based on schedule availability. - If you cancel your session less than 24 hours in advance, the full cost of your session will be charged. If you do not notify us in time, we will not be able to use your appointment time with another person. By paying, you agree to the payment, reservation, modification, and cancellation policy.
